Ruling on PC filed by Zorch Frezberg - Part 2
Zorch Frezberg,
I have received your netmail dated June 26, 1998 regarding my decision on your
Policy Complaint. This is to inform you that my decision as rendered does
stand. I do note that by your copying that message to Mr. Kohl, Mr. Satti, Dan
Sherman, George Kuhl and Richard Knowles that it appears that you are in
violation of Section 9.1 of Policy 4.07 in particular:
"9.1 General
(deleted)
Failure to follow the procedures herein described (in particular, by skipping a
coordinator, or involving a coordinator not in the appeal chain) is in and of
itself annoying behavior."
I have already forwarded the complete package containing my ruling on each of
the Policy Complaints, along with the original complaints and evidence
submitted by the complaintants and the response submitted by Ms. Argust to Mr.
Satti. This was done because a change of venue appears to be justified and for
no other reason.
Your netmail to me was very discourteous and unwarranted. Your Policy Complaint
was filed with me on May 27, 1998. My decision was rendered and transmitted to
you on June 25, 1998. Decisions are to be rendered within 30 days of filing. My
decision was sent to you on the 29th day, this being the 30th day, you may take
this as a final notice that your Policy Complaint was rejected.
Although your netmail was copied to Mr. Satti, Mr. Kohl, Dan Sherman, George
Kuhl, Richard Knowles and Ruth Argust, my copies are being sent to yourself,
Ruth Argust as respondant and Mr. Satti only in that I ask that Mr. Satti grant
Ms. Argust a change of venue should she request one should any of the
complaintants decide to appeal my ruling.
Robert Duckworth, 1:2004/0
