Fido versus...
ZorchLandia!
Who is Zorch Frezberg? Well, whoever he is, seems whenever he goes into his "rapid fire"
questions mode, no one seems to forget that there was one little question he
never answered. You might say that he's being "shot down" by everyone. His credibility?
Zilch! Here are some of the finest we've seen lately.

Subj : questions for you to dodge
=======================================
I see that you are having fun trying to avoid the obvious with respect to the
actions of the RECC. Naturally, it doesn't seem to register with you that the
RECs *did* consult with their regions before voting to censure Kohl. You make
much of the fact that Kohl wasn't invited to the new listserve conference.
Here's a question: How many RECs did Kohl threaten with expulsion from the RECC
echo for "revealing" the topics of discussion to their respective regions?
Since I'm not fond of leaving hanging questions, I'll give you an answer: All of
them. The reason that the little troll wasn't invited to the listserve
conference was because he was trying to be such a fascist wanker in the existing
echo. The little prick thought he could order the RECs around and dictate the
degree of public input they sought from their sysops.
You asked why Kohl wasn't invited to participate in the discussion about his
censure. Umm, in this echo alone, Kohl was asked six times to appoint an REC for
Region 10. One of the reasons why he was censured is because he didn't appoint
an R10EC.
Here's another question: Is Kohl threatening Ruth Argust because she has told
the truth about Kohl's petty animosity towards her derived from her refusal to
board his horse?
Here's another question: Is Brenda Donovan stupid or just incredibly naive when
she asserts that Kohl's behaviour is no one's business but Region 10's? Do you
think she can grasp the concept of the appeal process entrenched in the RCC?
Second Last question: Who but the idiotic would believe that Kohl did not reveal
the contents of Hans Mangold's in transit netmail? Do you believe that Kohl did
not disclose the contents? If so, who revealed the contents of Mangold's private
netmail to you?
Last Question: Did you vote twice in the ZEC election?

Which may have been invalid you should know. You still have not answered the
question that has been asked numerous time. Did you or did you not vote once as
Zorch Frezberg and again and Mark Hernandez? Answer the question and do NOT
pussy foot the question. Now it is a vary simple Yes or No question, lets see
if you can answer it.

That would be *persons*. Me included. If you'd like, I'll be the ringleader.

Oh. So now he was the acting REC? He denied it back then.
ZF> In point of fact, you also failed to inform him of the charges.
Charges? This isn't a court of law. We don't feel we can work with him
for many reasons. That's all that you need to be concerned with.
BTW, you seem to be the only one who is.
ZF> BY YOUR OWN ADMISSION ABOVE...the interest of the RECC was to

Note above "the majority" doesn't mention the RECC.
BY MY OWN ADMISSION ABOVE...the interest of the NEC's of my region was to
remove the ZEC rather than to even consider working with him.
Good try.
ZF> That sure sounds fair and just.
So does removing a perfectly good NEC due to personal reasons.
ZF> I'm willing to bet you treat your dog with more justice than the
ZF> RECC demonstrated with the ZEC, who was
ZF> elected by a ZONE-WIDE SYSOP LEVEL ELECTION.
I'da whooped my dogs ass for half as much.
I don't care if Satti appointed him for life.
We refuse to work with him.

The same kind of reasons that Kohl gives to those NCs he's removed?

Has the -acting R10EC- ever "refused to inform or interact with any
of his NCs when he was wearing his RC hat?
ZF>In point of fact, you also failed to inform him of the charges.
Following by example is supposed to be a form of flattery.

ZF> How odd...one FTP Service operator is replaced by another.
ZF> What does it mean?
That you need to get a life and get out more often. If you were to ask around
you would find that the above is a suggested cost recovery amount. For full
disclosure to satisfy your insatiable curiosity into other people's business, I
just received a $20 bill from Robert Vaughn. My only VModem connection. Wow, I
wonder what I will use the $20 for... perhaps to pay 2/3ds of a month of
expenses for my own FTP link?
How many times did you vote in the ZEC election?
With the merest flick of my fingers I could place my wife and two kids names
into my other entries and make them all legitmate system operators of this
multi-node BBS system. They would then be entitled to vote in all sysop level
elections, just like you. I could even tell them what and who to vote for. Why
is it that nobody questions whether I voted twice when I have the ability to
have arranged that very thing, yet the appearance is that you voted twice and
you refuse to answer the simple, unloaded question.
You use innuendo and loaded terms in your "questions" and then get all bent when
we won't play your games yet at the same time are unable or unwilling to answer
simple straight forward questions.
In the latest ZEC election did you vote as both Zorch Frezberg as well as M
Hernandez? No evasions, no getting off on a technicality because I may have
spelled a name wrong, stop avoiding the question, answer yes or no.
