The 4 henchmen have alot to learn about frivilous policy complaints. It doesn't matter if it is a single sysop, an NC or a gang of four NCs. The issue here is that one individual led a group of Ncs down a path of self-distruction. If Bob Kohl overturns this ruling, it will surely spell the end of his reign once Bob Satti looks at it. If not, unfortunately it will also unfortunately cause Bob Satti's position also to be questioned. Ruth may well be the last martyr of region 10. I personally would like to see the original PC unmodified and unedited along side the rulings.
I am leaving Fidonet because I cannot accept the way it is being run. With Bob Kohl's antics getting the "official" sanction of a railroaded election I don't think I there is much hope for a competent coordinator structure any time soon. Combine Kohl's inept abilities with his penchant to get back at people over personal problems and you have a dangerous person in the R10C position. Dangerous to the health of Fidonet at least. :) Perhaps if Bob Satti was less willing to be swayed by Kohl's influence things would be difference. I only know that I will not be back as long as Kohl is in charge.
The RECC doesn't want Kohl, region 10 doesn't want Kohl, nobody wants Kohl so why the hell do we have him? Get rid of his ass.

Well looks like King Kohl still rules all.... So I will continue to NOT have a system up and running, I got SO tired of the BS then and I do NOT miss it now. Bob Kohl is a Back Stabbing Chicken Shit who will continue to rule R10 until folks figure out that the Grunt SysOp NEEDS to get involved to remove him, and if that means drop out of FIDO like I did so be it, maybe the SysOps should replace their NC's to reflect the REAL opinion of their Nets. Biggest problem with this is: If doesn't effect them directly they DON'T care!

Bob Kohl has been keeping very quiet lately in the international echos, but he seems to have been keeping netmail busy, feeding false information to his spinmasters. We had almost settled my complaint about his revealing the contents of my in-transit message for Tony Castorino, but he seems to have reneged on the one last point of reparations, posting his apology to me in the region 10 sysop echo. I tried to get someone else to post it on his behalf, in order that the matter could be resolved, but just got told off instead. If he has not made that post, or had someone else make it for him, before the end of the Region 10 election, then he has not complied with my requirements to drop my complaint against him. Dee

I called Kohl a coward and gave him 30 days to respond before I left Fidonet. He didn't respond. I came back into the nodelist today! My very first message was an info copy of a message from Kohl to my NC denying me access to R10SYSOP. Nothing has changed. Kohl is still a coward who is afraid to face someone who is right. Kohl is a pathetic little man and R10 will be better off without him.
Did anyone expect a different ruling from Bob Satti? Everyone knows he is not going to do anything to his buddy. After all, he has to keep Kohl in as R10C to insure his continued reign as Z1C. I hope R10 shows him and demands a fair election.
Just read that Bob Satti, ZC dropped P4 charges against King Kohl. Another Slap in the face of Region 10, that is timed to augment the fixed R10Coord election, just as the ZEC election was Matrixed to eleminate King Kohl's opponents. IF Region 10 has ANY organizing ability left, it should send CC's of the preferred canadate, Charles Meadows, via netmail CRASH DIRECT to the Z1C and all RCC's enmass. JMHO WDB
